 This Privacy Policy describes how Bull Financial Technology, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and investment vehicles (hereinafter “the Company”), collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and deletes the personal information of its customers, investors, users, suppliers, employees, and other personal data subjects. 

The processing of the information is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection and financial services, including, but not limited to: GLBA / ADPPA.

  1. Personal Data We Collect We may collect the following types of data, but are not limited to: a) Identification and Contact: Full Name, Document Type and Number, Date of Birth, Nationality, Address, Telephone, Email, b) Financial and Transactional Data: Banking and Tax Information, Credit History, Sources of Funds, Financial Statements, and Tax Returns. c) Regulatory information: KYC / AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation, Proof of origin of resources, Investment information, and risk profile. d) Technological data: IP addresses, cookies, activity on digital platforms.
  2. Purposes of processing The Company will process the data for: Identity Verification (KYC), Investment Management and Contract Compliance, Financial and Operational Risk Assessment, Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT), Regulatory and Tax Reports, Attention to Requests, Complaints or Claims, Sending Commercial Information and Authorized Offers. 

We will not use the data for any purpose other than those described herein without the owner’s express authorization.

  1. Data Sharing the Company may share information only with: Regulatory and tax authorities, Banks, custodians, brokers and counterparties, Technology and compliance providers (KYC/AML), External auditors, Related companies of the same business group.

 As a COMPANY, we will never sell personal information to third parties. Any international transfer will be conducted in accordance with the applicable data protection mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses, Privacy Shield, etc.).

We may provide links to external sites unrelated to the Company, such as credit bureaus, information consultants, service providers, or merchants. If you follow links to sites not affiliated with or controlled by The Company, you should review the privacy and security policies of each of these sites, as they may differ from ours. The COMPANY is not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of your information.

  1. Information security We implement physical, technological, and administrative measures to: Protect data against unauthorized access, prevent loss or alteration of information, ensure encryption in transit and rest, Restrict access by role and authorization.

Rights of the owner the owner may exercise the following rights: Know, update, and rectify their data, Request Proof of authorization, oppose specific processing, Request deletion of data when legally appropriate, Revoke approval when there is no legal or contractual duty.   1. Data retention. Data will be retained for the time necessary to: Comply with contractual and regulatory obligations; Attend audits and litigation; Trace financial transactions; and retain for retention periods required by regulations: SEC Rule 17a-4, IRS, and Local Financial Law.
  1. Use of cookies and digital media: We use cookies and similar technologies in order to: Improve the user experience, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and ensure security. The user will be able to manage their preferences from their browser. By using the Site, you consent to Bull Financial Technology‘s and/or its subsidiaries’ use of analytical and monitoring tools that may collect information about your interaction, including behaviors such as keyboard patterns and mouse movements. These interactions may be collected through cookies and technical files. The data is used for monitoring, fraud prevention, service improvement, and other lawful purposes. Any conversations you have with us via Chat or a virtual assistant can be monitored, recorded, and stored without the need for additional notices.

Social Media: The COMPANY interacts with customers on social media platforms such as Facebook®, X®, YouTube® and LinkedIn® Tik Tok®; Any content that you post on the official social media pages managed by The COMPANY, including images, information, opinions or any personal information that you make available to other participants on such social platforms, will be subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of such respective platforms; when interacting with COMPANY’s official social media pages, COMPANY’s privacy notices and Community Guidelines for Social Media may apply; Please continually review the provisions and policies of the specific social media service you are using to understand better your rights and obligations with respect to such content. We may allow social sharing buttons (“widgets”) on our sites that enable users to share information on social media platforms easily. Unaffiliated third parties who own these widgets may have access to information about your browsing on the pages of our Sites and Mobile Apps where these widgets are placed.
